This made me challenge myself to think about how I let my schedule, people expectations and past hurts from stopping to tackle various creative projects, or thinking about the more positive aspects of life.
During the next day I read something that asked if you had only six more months to live how you would choose to live. At this point I thought "What would I really be thinking about?"

What else could there be that I am holding onto?
Through the process some women had tears and others of deep thought but in the end we resolved to let all of the negative circumstances go so that we could indeed receive all of the blossoming promises we believe to be coming our way.

This morning I woke up and just chilled on the deck and tried to feed the birds. I even saw a beautiful baby blue bird. I put on some meringue and looked up at the blue sky. All this to say when you feel empty sometimes you just need to let go of needing to do something in order to receive.
